A few weeks ago my wife Sandra and I had the pleasure of meeting with Laura Dohanes at your Orange County office. Laura’s title of tax and financial specialist is truly an understatement, as she was a specialist in every sense of the word, as she guided us through the preparation of our 2010 tax return and helped us understand the intricacies of the tax code and how to navigate through the sometimes very confusing maze that our current tax system can be!
Ms. Dohanes was very kind and a wonderful communicator and took the time to get to know us on a personal basis, & this made our experience at Maxxis Consulting even more enjoyable. She was able to show us how how we qualified for significant savings on allowable deductions that we were not aware of, which greatly reduced our federal tax burden for 2010. She showed her brilliance with our California State taxes as well, when she was able to secure a refund to us for our 2010 tax return.
